Welcome to Nirvana Yoga Shala and Osho Glimpse meditation centre. I am Swami Deva Arhato Founder of both the centre.

My spiritual Journey started when I was 16 year old with passing of my mother. Constant seeking led me to come across enlightened Master OSHO also known as Bagwan Shree Rajneesh. I started Practicing Yoga, Karate, Tantra and Osho Meditations and Therapies.

Nirvana Yoga Shala and Osho Glimpse Mysore offers hatha yoga training in mysore, hatha yoga for beginners and daily meditation classes. Human beings have 4 centres says Gurdjieff a Russian mystic. Those centres are Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual. Only one centre oriented Spiritual practice will leave other centres dormant. Many yoga centres focus on only Asana ( Physical postures ) and leave other limbs of yoga.

Hatha Yoga

The reason we practice asanas is to strengthen the physical body and prepare it to be still, comfortable in one posture for a longer period of time, so that the practitioner can ascend to the next limbs and more subtle practices. By mastering the postures, practitioner at the same time improves his flexibility and body strength, enhances the power of will and concentration, and learn how not to come under the influence of the senses.

Ashtanga Yoga

The combination of ujjayi breathing with vinyasa flow creates heat in the body which leads to purification through increased circulation and sweating. Additionally, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga improves flexibility of the muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons. Through a consistent practice, the student can improve overall health and vitality and reduce the risk of injury.

Pranayama

The word Pranayama means Prana (life force) and Ayama (regulation or lengthening). Pranayama is the technique of regulating breath.

Traditionally it was believed that Pranayama should be practiced by those who have “many years’ experience” of doing Asanas (physical postures). In recent years, research has shown that Pranayama can be practiced by anybody

Back bending is the integral part of any Yoga practice and it's postures help to increase lung capacity, Prevent Arthritis, removes depression, strengthen and align spine.

Hip opening Yoga help to keep the pelvis and hips in proper alignment which also prevents strain and tightness in the Pelvis. Hip opening postures help to come out from stress and anxiety.
